Payment Options
1. Payment Terms.
Unless agreed in writing separately, payment must be made in advance of the shipment
- PayPal: We accept PayPal online payment. Our PayPal account: sales@eyou.com.au
- Bank Deposit: Bank details will be provided on tax invoices. This is our preferred payment method for orders within Australia, as it incurs no transaction fees.
- Credit Card: We accept online payments via MasterCard and Visa. First-time customers may receive a verification call to confirm they are the cardholder.
2. Delivery Options

All products are shipped FOB Melbourne, Australia to the buyer’s address. Orders are shipped via TNT and Australia Post.
For individual equipment items weighing over 20 kg, shipping will be freight collect via TNT at our discretion.
For orders valued over A$1500, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
3.Receiving & Inspection- All deliveries should be inspected immediately upon receipt.
- If the shipment is damaged, request the carrier to document the damage in writing.
- The consignee is responsible for filing all damage claims. While EYou Electronics will assist in the process, our responsibility ends once the carrier acknowledges receipt of goods in good condition.
