Application:
Strip-line microwave circulator for WiMAX applications at 3.5 GHz. Designed for use from 3.2 to 3.6 GHz, the model TH102M3-100 circulator maintains 20 dB isolation across the band while keeping insertion loss to only 0.4 dB. Ideal for maintaining isolation between a WiMAX antenna and its transceiver circuitry, the compact circulator can handle 100 W RF power and exhibits VSWR of 1.20:1. The lead-free, RoHS-compliant component is compatible with standard reflow processes, and meets the IEEE 802.16 WiMAX specifications. It is designed for operating temperatures from -40 to +70°C.
