In order to utilize your Rigol unit with the Ultrascope, Ultrastation, Ultraspectrum or Ultra Signal Studio software, you will need to do download the appropriate NI VISA USB drivers for your oscilloscope from the National Instruments web site:

1) Go to the National Instruments website - www.nl.com
2) In the search box, type in " NI-VISA" and click search
3) The first result should be "NI-VISA 5.12 - windows 7..." (or later version number)
4) Click on the link and download the VISA run time driver
5) Install the file once the download is completed, and then restart you PC

After the computer has been rebooted, you can connect your oscilloscope to the PC via USB and switch on your oscilloscope. Your PC should automatically detect your scope and install the appropriate drive files.

The Rigol DSA815 is a compact and light Spectrum Analyzer with premium performance for portable applications. The use of digital IF (intermediate frequency) technology guarantees reliability and performance to meet the most demanding RF applications.
