What is covered
by this limited product warranty?
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and
workmanship in your — our end-user customer's — products sold by Eyou
Electronics Shop.
What
is not covered by this limited product warranty?
This limited product warranty does not cover:
- Products and accessories are
not sold by Eyou Electronics Shop
- Problems that result from:
External causes
such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power
Servicing not
authorized by Eyou Electronics Shop
Usage that is
not in accordance with product instructions
Failure to
follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance
Problems caused
by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by Eyou
Electronics Shop
- Products with missing or
altered Service Tags or serial numbers
- Products for which we has
not received payment
- Normal wear and tea

Standard warranty.
Standard warranty on all products
is done at no additional cost than the purchase price of the product. Standard
warranty is 30 days from receipt of product.
2)
Limited Warranty for Coax Cables.
Warranty on all type coax cables
included cable assemblies is done at no additional cost than the purchase price
of the product. Standard warranty is 360 days from receipt of product.
3)
Limited Warranty for Coax Connectors.
Warranty on all type coax
connectors included coax adaptors is done at no additional cost than the
purchase price of the product. Standard warranty is 30 days from receipt of
product.
4)
Limited Warranty for RF Circulators and
Isolators.
Warranty on all type RF circulators
and isolators is done at no additional cost than the purchase price of the
product. Standard warranty is 360 days from receipt of product.
5)
Limited Warranty for Test Instruments.
We
warranty all Rigol test instruments sold on eyou electronics shop to be free from material defects in
workmanship
or materials for a period of 3 years from date of shipment. If at any
time
within 3 years after shipment the equipment does not function as
warranted,
return it and we will send to manufacture or manufacture authorised
service
centre to repair or replace it without charge.
We
warranty all Hantek test instruments sold on eyou
electronics shop to be free from material defects in
workmanship
or materials for a period of a year from date of shipment. If at any
time
within one year after shipment the equipment does not function as
warranted,
return it and we will send to manufacture or manufacture authorised
service
centre to repair or replace it without charge.
We
warranty all Atten test instruments sold on eyou
electronics shop to be free from material defects in
workmanship
or materials for a period of a year from date of shipment. If at any
time
within one year after shipment the equipment does not function as
warranted,
return it and we will send to manufacture or manufacture authorised
service
centre to repair or replace it without charge.
What will Eyou Electronics Shop do?
If, within
warranty days after shipment, the product does not function as warranted, you
pay shipping costs to return the product to us. Product shipped back to you
after warranty repair will be shipped via Australia post. If any product is
subject to Australia
consumer warranty laws, our statement of limited warranty included with the
product applies in place of these warranties. Misuse, accident, modification,
unsuitable physical or operating environment, improper maintenance by you or
failure caused by an item for which we are not responsible may void these
warranties. This warranty replaces any other warranty, express or implied,
including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose.
